"The YTB companies offer two unique and powerful opportunities, that of referring travel agent or "RTA" and that of independent marketing representative or "REP". The travel agent opportunity has an initial fee under $500 and a monthly license fee of $49.95. There is no fee or travel agency purchase required to be a REP. You may choose to participate in one or both opportunities."

It's time to make the vacation plans again. Where should you go, take a cruise, perhaps? Fly to an exotic place or take a leisurely train ride across the country? If time is a factor, a short romantic getaway may be in order. Let's see, how about a 7-day Mexican Riviera Cruise or why not Jamaica man? In Jamaica you could take a jeep safari in the jungle, swim in the waterfalls and stay in a private villa. Another excellent choice might be to go to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Any and all of the above require planning ahead. The question is which of you will be the one to handle the preparations and make the reservations? There's usually one person in the family who's delegated (or self-appointed) to be in charge of the annual family excursion. Let's say it's you.

You are very thorough with your research and attempt to get your spouse's input and suggestions. You decide to use your computer to handle the arrangements because it's no longer necessary to go to a "brick & mortar" travel agency. These days most people find it much more efficient and less time consuming to just "click and order" their reservations online.

So you go to your computer and click on franklinconnection.com. That's a great website because it allows you to book airfare, hotel accommodations and car rental all at that one site. You can even buy tickets for special events & Broadway shows for your vacation destination.

Since the first part of your vacation will be for the kids at Disney, you decide that a cruise also looks intriguing & just the thing that everyone would enjoy. While Disney is going to be fun, it
will involve lots of walking. The cruise will be a special treat which will allow you to be pampered with a couples massage, sunbathing on the deck, and trying your luck at the casino. Not to mention, structured games & events for the kids.

An important fact to keep in mind is the updated procedure for the cruise check-in, due to Homeland Security. As an online travel agent the following information was already provided to you:

"IMPORTANT: CHANGE IN DOCUMENTATION & CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
FOR U.S. CRUISE DEPARTURES

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security has recently announced new regulations which require cruise lines to provide final passenger manifests 60 minutes prior to departure from U.S. ports. To ensure compliance, passengers are required to provide complete and accurate passenger immigration details in advance of the embarkation date or risk being denied boarding. Passengers who fail to provide complete and accurate information prior to embarkation must complete check-in at least 90 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled departure time or they may be denied boarding."

Well, in a matter of a few minutes, you've booked your travel & accommodations. Now it's time to relax & start the count down until the day of departure arrives.

Olivia is considered to be "The Virtual Travel Diva" by her friends and family. They call her "Liv, The Virtual Travel Diva" because she is living her dream by virtually traveling the world.

It all started quite innocently. Liv didn't get to take vacations as a young girl, so she vowed to take several each year when she became financially stable. Now Liv has traveled to many highly sought destinations, thanks to http://www.franklinconnection.com.

When it came to choosing a website to book her vacations, Liv considered the older ones, like Orbitz, Expedia and Travelocity. But she chose http://www.franklinconnection.com because she had read about the owner, Margie Franklin, online. Her research showed Liv that Margie is a real down to earth person who truly cares about helping others. On the other hand, Liv hadn't heard anything about the people behind Orbitz, Expedia or Travelocity. Plus, the prices on http://www.franklinconnection.com are competitive & there's many exciting options available on the site. Therefore, to Liv, http://www.franklinconnection.com was the obvious choice.

One of Liv's favorite fun-in-the-sun places to visit is Key West. A fairly new resort called Parrot Key Resort, which is part of the Singh Resort beach house family. Liv loves the name "Parrot Key" because it puts her in mind of beautiful, multi-colored things such as rainbows & Joseph's coat of many colors, as well as the gorgeous bird. Multi colors are a sign of the good things in life.

Liv chose to vacation in Key West because it's home to America's only living barrier reef. She had also heard of Key West's "live and let live" motto and that suited her just fine. She's fairly liberal herself and a happy-go-lucky, spirited person.

Memories of the breath taking sunsets of Key West & sandy beaches rate high on Liv's places to see. Many people flock to the Sunset Celebration on the Mallary Dock because it's the best place to be at that time of day. Part of the excitement is being entertained by the jugglers, mimes, musicians and artists while awaiting the sunset.

Liv enjoyed the "Duval Crawl" which has everything from pubs, clothing stores, restaurants & souvenir shops. There's such a huge variety of novelty stores that no excuses are allowed for not being able to find souvenirs for friends and family.

Key West is also famous for their fun-filled night life on Duval Street, scuba diving, snorkeling, boating, sailing, big game fishing & museums. A word to the wise...there's limited parking and the streets are often filled with scooters & bikes...so be cautious and considerate to others.

As for the experience, Liv found it to be very rewarding and definitely worth repeating.
